When Google suspends your Business Profile, your map pack visibility disappears overnight. I've handled multiple reinstatements, including a current client whose profile came back inside 24 hours. Submit the audit form and I'll review your situation and tell you the exact docs you need.

GBP Reinstatement Case Study
San Diego landscape design and construction company. GBP suspended, reinstated in under 24 hours.
When Arcadian's GBP got suspended, the appeal needed a specific combination of documents to win: state contractor license verification (CSLB), Acord 25 Certificate of Insurance, and IRS Form CP-575 confirming business entity. We assembled the package, submitted the appeal, and Google reinstated the listing in under 24 hours with all 43 reviews preserved. Most contractors don't know what Google actually needs, which is why most appeals fail.
Submit the form. I review your situation, look at your current GBP listing (if it still exists), and tell you honestly whether reinstatement is realistic.
If you become a client, reinstatement support is included. Most contractors need ongoing GBP management anyway. The SEO retainer covers reinstatement work as part of the engagement.
If you don't become a client, I'll still tell you what to do. Honest answers. If a free CSLB lookup + COI screenshot is all you need, I'll say so.
You see every metric I see. If you stay on, your dashboard shows GBP impressions, calls, direction requests, and review velocity in real time.
The most common reasons for contractors: address listed publicly when it's actually the owner's home (SAB businesses should hide the address), missing state contractor license info in the business profile, duplicate listings, recent edits that triggered the spam filter, or review solicitation language that violates Google's terms. The actual cause is rarely shown to you. Most suspensions need a documentation appeal regardless of cause.
Best case 24 hours (Arcadian). Worst case 30 days or never (if your documentation is incomplete or you submit the appeal incorrectly). The variable that matters most is the strength of your documentation package, not how good your appeal letter sounds.
For a contractor with a state license: CSLB lookup screenshot, current ACORD 25 Certificate of Insurance, and IRS Form CP-575 (your EIN confirmation letter). For service-area businesses, you'll also need utility bills proving service area legitimacy. If you don't have CP-575, request a copy from the IRS now. It usually takes 2 to 3 weeks to arrive.
Usually yes. Reinstated profiles get their reviews restored. The exception is reviews flagged as spam during the suspension review process. Most legitimate reviews come back when the listing comes back.
Hide your address if you're a service-area business. Add complete service area + business hours. Keep contractor license info current. Stop any review solicitation that uses the word "review" or asks for stars. Post organic GBP updates weekly. I handle all of this for SEO clients as part of the engagement.
Submit the audit form. I'll review your situation within 24 hours and tell you honestly whether reinstatement is realistic, what docs you need, and what ongoing management would look like.
