The Visibility Guarantee

How it is measured

Two numbers, both published by Google, both in accounts you log into yourself:

• Search Console impressions. The number of times your website appeared in Google search results.
• Google Business Profile views. The number of times your profile was shown in Search and Maps.

We add the two together. The 90 days beginning the day your new site goes live are compared against the 90 days immediately before it. If the total is not higher at the end of the window, the guarantee has been missed.

You do not have to take our word for any of it. Both numbers live in your own Google account, and we will show you where to find them on day one so you can check the starting figure before the clock starts.

What you get if we miss

Your next month of service is free. There is nothing to claim and no form to fill out. We check the number at day 90 and tell you either way.

What the guarantee does not cover

These conditions are part of the offer, not fine print. If any of them are not met, the guarantee does not apply:

• Your Google Business Profile stays published and we keep access to it for the full 90 days.
• The website stays live and is not edited, rebuilt, or moved to another host by you or another vendor during the window.
• Service is active and paid for the full 90 days. A pause or cancellation ends the window.
• If your profile is suspended, or your site carries a Google manual action, for something that happened before we started, the 90 days begin once it is resolved.

Your first 30 days, separately

If you cancel within 30 days of your first monthly payment, we refund that payment in full. You do not have to give a reason. This applies whether or not the guarantee above is in play.

What this is not

It is worth being precise about what we are not promising, because plenty of people in this industry promise it anyway.

• Not a ranking position. Nobody can guarantee where you land on Google. Google says so directly, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you something they do not control.
• Not a number of leads, calls, or jobs. How many people contact you depends on your trade, your area, your reviews, your pricing, and whether the phone gets answered. Those are not ours to promise.
• Not revenue. We do not make claims about what you will earn.

Being found more often is the part we control, so it is the only part we are willing to put money behind.
