The problem with SEO

Every Agency Sells You Activity. We Grade Every Move.

You have paid for SEO before and never got a straight answer to the only question that matters: did any of it actually move you up. Our system measures every single change about a month after it makes it, then drops the kinds of work that lose. Here is exactly how it runs.

The daily loop

Look. Decide. Publish. Measure. Adjust.

Five moves, on repeat, every day. Not a project that finishes. The same loop running while you are up a ladder.

Step 1 of 5. Look at yesterday

Every day it pulls your numbers straight from Google. What people searched, where you came up, who called, and which pages are sitting just off the first page. Not a report at the end of the month. Yesterday.

Step 2 of 5. Decide what to do about it

Then it picks the one or two moves most likely to move you up, and skips the rest. Not a content calendar somebody wrote back in January. A decision made this morning, off this week's numbers, with the reason written down.

Step 3 of 5. Publish it

It writes the thing and it ships it, same day. A page for a neighborhood you want, a post answering a question people actually type, the behind-the-scenes markup that lets Google read your services properly. Live on your site, not sitting in a queue waiting for approval.

Step 4 of 5. Measure it a month later

Here is the part almost nobody does. The moment it publishes, it writes down exactly where you stood. Then it comes back about a month later, when Google has had time to settle, and checks whether that specific thing actually moved you.

Step 5 of 5. Adjust, and drop what loses

Every Sunday it adds up the scores. Whatever is earning its keep gets more room next week. Whatever is not gets cut. That means the system you are paying for in month six is not the one that started. Your own results rewrote it.

Receipts

One Real Week, From a Real Account

This is not a sample calendar. Every line below is a real change that went live on a turf cleaning company's website, on the day it says.

  • Mon New article published: what an HOA turf violation letter in San Diego actually asks you to fix
  • Tue New article published: why turf goes flat on the path from the back door
  • Tue New neighborhood page built: Escondido
  • Thu Business markup added so Google reads the contact details correctly
  • Fri Business markup added to a second page
  • Sat New neighborhood page built: Sabre Springs
  • Sat Two existing pages rewritten to answer the question directly up top

Notice what is not on that list

No "strategy call." No "keyword research phase." No month where nothing shipped because someone was waiting on your approval. Seven changes in seven days, on one account, while the owner was out cleaning turf.

And look at what the articles are about. An HOA violation letter. Turf going flat on the walking path. Those are the questions a real customer types at eleven at night. No agency content calendar produces that, because whoever writes it has never stood in the yard.

Every one of these is logged with the reason it was chosen. You can read why.

The uncomfortable part

Here Is What Did Not Work

Since every move gets graded about a month out, we end up with a scoreboard most agencies would never show you. This is one real account. "Worked" means that specific change measurably moved them up.

The moveRanWorked
Neighborhood page2090%
Blog post5374%
Behind-the-scenes markup7274%
Photo posted to Google422%

So it stops doing the thing that loses

That bottom row is the whole point. Posting photos to Google Business Profile is something every agency lists on the invoice. On this account we ran it forty-two times and it moved the needle twice.

On three other accounts the same measurement came back negative for Google Business Profile posts, so the system switched that off by itself and put the effort somewhere that pays. Nobody had to notice and file a ticket. The scoreboard did it.

That is the difference between a system and a retainer. A retainer keeps billing you for the thing that does not work, because nobody ever checked.

Why it compounds

Closer to a 401k Than an Ad Campaign

We do not chase quick wins. Small consistent inputs, stacked, so month six beats month three and month twelve beats month six. Anyone who has saved for retirement already understands the shape of this.

  • A page published in month one is still bringing in work in month twelve
  • Every neighborhood you add is another net in the water
  • The measurement history gets thicker, so the decisions get sharper
  • Your Google Business Profile keeps building on your own Google account
  • Ads stop the day you stop paying. Ranking does not work that way

The flip side, said plainly: this is not fast. If you need the phone ringing next Tuesday, run ads. This is the thing that makes the ads unnecessary later.

Your part in this

What You Have to Do: Nothing

You do not approve a content calendar. You do not sit through a strategy call. You do not write anything. It runs whether or not you think about it, which is the only way this works for someone who is on a job site all day.

  • No contract. Cancel any month
  • You see the same dashboard I see, with the same numbers
  • Every move is logged with the reason it was made
  • Pricing is published, so you can skip the sales call
  • One operator in Oceanside, not an account manager rotation
  • Your Google Business Profile stays on your own Google account
